Lisa Raye, who recently completed her freshman year at West Warwick High in Rhode Island and representing the Providence Cobras, won the girls 15-16 division 200-meter title in a wind-legal 23.74 seconds at the USATF National Junior Olympic Championships at Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore. Raye also placed second in the 15-16 division 100-meter dash final with a wind-legal 11.99 seconds.
